Where it comes from (and why "just eat pomegranates" doesn't really work)

Be precise here, because the internet is awash in "eat pomegranates for Urolithin A" advice that is, generously, half true. The foods that contain the precursors are pomegranate (juice and arils), walnuts, pecans, raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, and oak-aged red wines.
